I hope this note finds you well, wanted to send out a quick update pertaining to the suspended Winter 2023 season and our plan for resuming play.  At this moment, we are planning on having the first possible adult hockey games return on Sunday June 28th.  Not every team would start up right away that week, it would very much depend on how many games your team has left as to how quickly your schedule would resume.  By starting at the end of June, our plan is to end the season just before we would normally start up our Fall season and roll normally from there.  Obviously no summer season this year since we’ve had to take over 3 months off from game play.  The plan for game play will be very much the same as normal, other building procedures will be altered to aid with social distancing/hygiene measures.  A full list of our building protocols is attached to this email, but the highlights for adult hockey are listed below.

• Each team will receive 2 locker rooms.
• Teams will have 15 -20 minutes to enter the building and get dressed for your event.
• All teams will check in with a staff member at the front counter to ensure we have a 100% accurate headcount for games.  SE Rosters will be used for your team, ABSOLUTELY NOONE that is not listed on your roster will be permitted to check in and play.
• Teams will have 15 minutes to vacate the rooms after your game so that we can disinfect all 4 prior to the next game coming in.
